Cornbread Casserole

bring it to holiday (thanksgiving, christmas) dinners or even chili nights


  • 8 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg cornbread mix
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly grease baking dish with Pam
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, beaten eggs, cornbread mix, whole corn, creamed corn, and sour cream
  4. Spoon mixture into greased baking dish
  5. Bake for ~45 minutes (up to 1 hour) in oven — looking for a golden brown top
