Furikake Chex Mix
salty + sweet snacks on snacks on snacks!
Ingredients
- 12.8 oz (box) Corn Chex
 - 4 tbsp Butter
 - 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
 - 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
 - 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
 - 1/4 cup Honey
 - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 - 1 bottle Nori Fumi Furikake
 
Steps
- Preheat oven to 250
 - Melt the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together in a pot over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally (until butter melts and sugars dissolve)
 - Add oil, honey, and soy sauce to the pot and continue stirring
 - Remove from heat when everything is well mixed
 - Throw cereal into a large mixing bowl and drizzle some syrup over it — mix gently with a wooden spoon
 - Sprinkle furikake mix over the cereal and again mix gently
 - Repeat drizzle and sprinkle
 - Spread them onto parchment-lined baking sheets (x2) and pop into the oven for 30-35 minutes (stirring at the 15 minute mark)
