Cornbread Casserole
it’s the best side that no one knows about. it’s a sleeper — everyone will love this
bring it to holiday (thanksgiving, christmas) dinners or even chili nights
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pkg cornbread mix
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly grease baking dish with Pam
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, beaten eggs, cornbread mix, whole corn, creamed corn, and sour cream
- Spoon mixture into greased baking dish
- Bake for ~45 minutes (up to 1 hour) in oven — looking for a golden brown top
