Read more »i’ve never used yogurt in cooking until this recipe. yogurt marinates chicken really well.
i’m a big fan of mediterranean-style chicken and all these ingredients come together to bring the taste of those well-known restaurants home
also, while chicken breast is an easy recipe base to start from, it gets boring. the yogurt prevents it from getting dry on the grill, which is one of my biggest complaints about cooking chicken breast (my least favorite cut of poultry)
