Instant Pot Sweet Tea
Ingredients
- 2 qt (8 cups) Water
 - 2 qt (8 cups) COLD Water (separated)
 - 3-4 Family Sized Lipton Iced Tea Bags
 - 2 cups of Sugar
 - Pinch of Baking Soda
 
Steps
- Cut the tags off the tea bag strings and tie them all together (makes it super easy to remove them when done)
 - Place all ingredients (2 qt water, tea bags, sugar, baking soda) into Instant Pot
 - Lock the lid and make sure the pressure valve is set to sealed
 - Press the MANUAL button and set to 4 minutes HIGH pressure
 - When it beeps, do a quick release so the tea doesn’t sit for too long
 - Stir the tea and remove the bags
 - Pour the 2 qt cold water into a pitcher (I use 2 big growlers for this — 1 qt/4 cups each)
 - Evenly fill up the rest of the growler/pitcher with the tea
 - Refrigerate until it’s nice and cold
