Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana

trust me — it’s better than olive garden. all you need is salad and breadsticks!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ sweet onion
  • 1 lb ground italian sausage
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¼ in slices
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bunches chopped fresh kale
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
